Summer weight training and conditioning:

Every Monday – Tuesday – Thursday (rain or shine) through Thursday, July 27, 2023

6^th grade – 9:00 a.m until 10:30 am

7^th & 8^th grade – 10:30 am until 12:15 pm 

Students are required to make 17 workouts. You must be present and complete the workout for it to count. 

**The weight room will be closed July 3^rd through July 7th**
