All new students wishing to enroll at GHMS MUST see Child Welfare & Attendance (910 Thomas Road, West Monroe) before receiving an enrollment packet.
CWA requires the following:
Identification
2 Proofs of Residence
Drop Slip
GHMS requires the following:
Letter of Admission
Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Updated Shot Record
